PRIT 2012 Registration Process:
Registration will be processed thru an online entry form (see "Register Now" link below).
Registration opens Dec 15, 2011, Early-Bird Fee $90 until Feb. 15th. After Feb. 15th $100

What you need before you begin:
First, make sure you and your teammates each read and understand the established PRIT Rules & Regulations.
- You MUST collect all the following bowler information for EACH team member you are registering:
- Names & Addresses for team members registering, Phone Numbers & Birthdates (required for average verification), bowler USBC ID’s & High League Book Averages for 2010-2011 season (You can locate your average info at bowl.com, top right hand corner, choose dropdown menu - Find A Member)
- High League Averages for the current season as of 12/31/2011 & 2011 Summer average or highest 21 game current average
- Bowler Optional Events: Banquet Choice (chicken or beef), Golf, Scratch Roll Off, Best 3 of 6
- E-mail Addresses
- Team Captain, if you do not have a complete team, please indicate at least one bowler as captain
- Golf Partner Name (if golfing)
- You must have above required data before you can complete your PRIT 2012 tournament entry
Registration Fees Payment:
Option A: payment may be processed by mailing a check to PRIT, PO Box 37461, AZ 85069
Option B: payment may be processed by using a credit or debit card via PayPal (a $3 per bowler processing fee will be added for PayPal option)
Your registration is not complete until payment has been received and all requested bowler/guest information has been provided.
