PRIT 2010 Registration Process:

This years registration will be processed thru an online form.

Registration ends Feb. 22, see Rules for details.

Payment will be processed by mailing a check or credit card info.

Before clicking SUBMIT, print a copy of the form to mail with your check for payment (if not using credit card/) and a copy for your personal records.

If you did not use a credit card in your registration remember to
mail a check and a copy of your registration to:
PRIT, PO Box 37461, Phoenix, AZ 85069.
Your registration is not complete until payment has been received.

What you need before you begin:

• First, make sure you and your teammates each read and understand the established PRIT Rules & Regulations. You MUST collect all the following bowler information for EACH team member you are registering: Full Names and Addresses for team member registering Phone Numbers and Birth-dates (required for average verification) Bowler USBC ID’s and High League Book Averages for 2008-2009 season (You can locate your average info at bowl.com)
• High League Averages for the current season as of 2/14/2010 & 2009 Summer avg or highest 21 game current avg
• Bowler Optional Event: Banquet Choice (chicken or beef), Golf, Scratch Masters, Best 3 of 6, Scotch Doubles, Optional Scratch
• E-mail Addresses
• Team Captain, if you do not have a complete team, please indicate at least one bowler as captain
• Golf Partner Name (if golfing)
• You must have above required data before you can complete your PRIT 2010 tournament entry
